Hi, I'm Korshie Selasie a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people transform their lives through fitness, strength, and proper nutrition. I earned my certifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Bodybuilding from ISSA, and I've been dedicated to fitness for several years.
My journey into the fitness world began with a deep desire to ensure that my family lived longer, healthier lives. I wanted to equip myself with the right tools and knowledge to make a real impact on their well-being—and that drive has become the cornerstone of my career. I believe that health is a holistic journey, and it's my mission to provide my clients with the information and resources they need to thrive.
In my work, I focus on all aspects of fitness, from strength training to proper nutrition, to help individuals at every stage of their journey. I also have experience working with kids, as I believe fostering healthy habits at a young age can have a powerful impact on long-term well-being.
